UniSA Law Building

The project focused on restoring the building’s historic charm, ensuring that its original features were carefully preserved and enhanced.

A key component was replicating and reinstating the terracotta balusters along the parapet, maintaining the building’s distinctive character.

The restoration included repointing the original brickwork, repairing window surrounds, and implementing specialised glazing repairs to reinforce structural and visual integrity.
A fresh coat of specialist paint was applied to enhance durability while complementing the building’s period aesthetics. Additionally, new flag poles were installed to complete the restoration.

Through expert craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, the restoration of the UniSA Law Building successfully revived its historic façade, ensuring its legacy endures for years to come.
