We specialise in extensions to heritage and character homes
We have a unique skill set, which is specifically suited to combining the heritage restoration of your existing home with a beautiful custom extension. Our knowledgeable staff have worked on several of Adelaide most iconic heritage sites using traditional techniques and specialist trades as well as being involved in the construction of many modern extensions and new homes.
When we work on your heritage home we use our own inhouse specialist carpenters and stone masons. We also have long standing relationships with our other trusted heritage trades who work closely with us to restore the former beauty of your building or create a new hand crafted masterpiece.
Heritage conservation and traditional building methods
We are one of Adelaide’s most trusted specialist heritage contractors, having completed works to many of our most iconic buildings. These include Ayers House, Government House, the Elder Park Rotunda, the State Library Mortlock Building, Parliament House, Reed House, the Uni SA Law Building and many more. We have also completed countless church upgrades, stained glass window restorations and other works to places of faith.
Heritage conservation can be a painstaking and detailed process which requires a great deal of experience and expertise. We use our own inhouse experienced carpenters to complete the required specialist timber and joinery work. Other elements such as stonework, roofing, plastering and painting are completed in collaboration with our trusted specialist heritage contractors.
