This project involved a large two storey extension to the rear of a beautiful return verandah Victorian Bungalow.  The home had been in this family for many years and the extension allowed the owners to meet their changing needs, both within their family life and also home run businesses. The architects cleverly selected the building materials and developed the form to be both modern as well as sympathetic to the original home. Local Basket Range Stone was used extensively as well as contrasting contemporary steel and claddings.
